Location: Shrivenham, Swindon, SN6
 
Wage / Salary: Approx £32,760 per annum gross
 
Driver: Essential with own car
 
Live In/out: Live out
 
Pets: Dog(s); Small caged animal(s)
 
Days & Hours:  35 hours per week
Monday - Friday 11am- 6pm (flexibility required for potential later finish of 7pm)
 
Potential to have more hours via babysitting and overnight - to be discussed and agreed in advance by Family and Sennie
 
Start Date: ASAP

Experience with Neurodivergence: Familiarity with neurodivergent behaviours, particularly in young children, is highly valued, including the ability to identify potential signs and provide appropriate support.
Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: A flexible mindset, open to learning and adjusting strategies as needed to meet the children’s evolving needs, will be crucial.
Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults, fostering a positive and collaborative environment in the home.
Creative and Resourceful: Someone who can think outside the box to create engaging learning opportunities and activities tailored to the children's interests and developmental needs.
Team Player: A willingness to integrate fully into the family’s daily life, working closely with the parents to support a harmonious and well-organised household.
