Wage / Salary: Approx £41,002 - £47,476 per annum gross
 
Driver: Essential
 
Live in/out: Live-out 
 
Pets: None
 
Days & Hours: Approx 41.5 hours per week
Tuesday - Friday: 7.45am to 6.30pm
 
Start Date: ASAP (or latest mid/late May)
 
Essential Skills/Traits:  
2+ years of SEN childcare experience, particularly supporting children with ASD, and emotional regulation challenges.
A patient and empathetic approach.
The ability to provide a calm, gentle yet boundaried environment.
Energy and fitness to engage with active children.
A full, clean UK valid driving license, with experience driving a family car preferred.
Strong communication skills, both with the child and parents.
Experience working in a family with multiple children preferred
