Georgia, founder and CEO of SENNIES, is an award-winning entrepreneur, neurodiverse leader, and dedicated mum of two. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in SEN childcare and a background in performing arts, she brings creativity, compassion, and deep expertise to every aspect of her work.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Inclusive SEN Education, Georgia founded SENNIES in 2020 to address the urgent need for affordable, high-quality, and well-trained SEN childcare. Since then, she has helped hundreds of families find and retain exceptional “Super Sennies” while also expanding support to local authorities, social services, and businesses.
Driven by lived experience and professional insight, Georgia is on a mission to make inclusion the standard—not the exception.
Anita brings over 20 years of experience in the NHS and charity sector, with a strong background in leadership, compliance, and service delivery. As a senior manager in large NHS organisations, she’s spent her career building systems that support people at their most vulnerable.
A proud SEN parent and neurodivergent professional with ADHD, Anita offers both lived and strategic insight into the challenges families face. Her dual perspective makes her an invaluable part of the SENNIES team—ensuring every placement reflects the care, quality, and understanding our families deserve.

Emily, our Client and Sennie Engagement Manager, is a qualified teacher and dedicated mum of one with a passion for SEN. After witnessing the challenges schools face around inclusion, she joined SENNIES to make a more direct and meaningful impact on families and children.
Emily now manages our pay per hour placements, often supporting families with EOTASand homeschool packages, using her teaching expertise to guide both clients and Sennies with care and confidence. Her insight, warmth, and commitment help bridge the gap between education and personalised SEN support.
Aimee, PA to the CEO and Senior Recruiter, is a dedicated SEN advocate, experienced PA, and proud mum of three. With personal experience as an SEN parent, she brings empathy, organisation, and insight to every part of her role.
Working closely with Georgia, Aimee plays a key part in driving the day-to-day operations of SENNIES, supporting both strategic growth and recruitment. Her calm, capable presence ensures the team—and our CEO—can operate at their best, all while helping families connect with the right Sennie for their needs.
Laura, mum of two and experienced SEN professional, joins the SENNIES team as a dedicated Recruiter. With a strong background as a nanny and SEN support specialist, she brings valuable first-hand knowledge to every placement.

Alison, our SEN Consultant Partner, brings over a decade of hands-on experience supporting children with disabilities across education, care, and family settings. With a background in special schools, residential care, social work, and specialist nannying, she offers a deep, practical understanding of the SEN landscape.
Holding a BA in Psychology with Health Studies and a Master’s in Social Work, Alison combines academic expertise with real-world insight. Her passion lies in empowering families with the knowledge and confidence to navigate systems, access support, and advocate for their children’s rights.
HCPC-registered Drama therapist and SEN specialist, brings over a decade of experience in trauma-informed family and therapeutic support. With a strong background in educational settings, she specialises in working with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and supporting families, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Louisa’s holistic approach integrates Drama therapy, emotion coaching, PACE, and even canine therapy—creating a safe, inclusive space for healing and growth. Her commitment to continuous learning and inclusive care ensures every young person receives tailored, empathetic support.
