Family support and coaching

Our services are designed to help you in the following areas:

Identifying main areas of needs and barriers to learning
Creating bespoke programs to help manage daily life
Helping families and support teams understand the nature of behaviour and strategies to support this
Identifying training needs for the team and linking with other professionals

We offer a free 20-minute initial consultation to ensure we are the right fit and identify the best support package for you.

Prices:

Package 1

Cost: £660 + travel

6 hours of support in total
1 full day (2 hours meeting with parents, 2 hours observation, 2 hours strategies and next steps & report writing)
2 follow-up emails or phone calls

Package 2

Cost: £960 + travel

12 hours of support in total
Everything in the previous package
Second visit (2 hours) or virtual meeting (2 hours) to review the plan and establish the next steps & report writing
2 follow-up emails or phone calls

Package 3

Cost: £1440 + travel

16 hours of support in total
Everything in the previous package
Third visit (2 hours) or virtual meeting (2 hours) to review the plan and establish the next steps & report writing
2 follow-up emails or phone calls per week

Package 4

Cost: £1800 + travel

20 hours of support in total
Everything in the previous package
Fourth visit (2 hours) or virtual meeting (2 hours) to review the plan and establish the next steps & report writing
2 follow-up emails or phone calls per week

Therapy

Run by Louisa (Dramatherapist - HCPC registered)

Therapeutic home visits include:

Pre- and post-visit virtual meetings or calls (30 minutes each)
A home visit lasting up to 5 hours

1:1 Dramatherapy for children

Minimum of 6 sessions to be booked

Price

£540 for 6 x 1 hour sessions (£90 per session)

Therapeutic family support

Tailored for parents and/or primary caregivers
Available virtually or in person (Additional fees may be charged for travel, depending on the location.)

EHCP Support Packages

Welcome to our EHCP Support Packages – designed to provide you with the support you need to navigate the complex and daunting EHCP process.

Our partners have experience in SEND, childcare and social work, and can take the stress out of EHCP’s for you.

Our comprehensive support packages are designed to help you advocate for your child and ensure they receive the support they need.

Prices:

Application for EHC Needs Assessment

Cost: £500

Let us take care of the entire application process, including a thorough review of all reports and documents you may have.

Reviewing a Draft Plan

Cost: £360

We support you through this crucial step by undertaking a thorough review of the draft plan, and all supporting documents. We ensure the EHCP is compliant with SEND legislation, all needs are clearly identified, all provision is specific and quantified, all professional recommendations have been included, all outcomes are SMART and the plan is sufficient and fit for purpose.

Writing Grounds of Appeal

Cost: from £650

We can help you start your appeal on a strong footing bywriting extensive and thorough grounds of appeal. We undertake a detailed review of all your reports and other documents and draw on all relevant legislation and case law.

Ongoing Appeal and Tribunal Support

Cost: £65 per hour

For ongoing cases preparing for tribunal and support with theworking document process we offer bespoke packages.

Bespoke Support

Cost: £65 per hour

We can also offer individualised support and advice about EHCP’s and many other aspects of education, SEN and Disability. Don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss a bespoke package of support that fits your family.

*Most EHCP work is completed virtually, however, some aspects can be delivered face-to-face on a case-by-case basis (+ Travel expense).

We’ve developed an affordable course that covers everything you need to understand the EHCP process, including how to access an EHCP and challenge decisions through appeals or tribunals.

Our aim is to make sure every family has the knowledge to make informed decisions, regardless of whether they can work directly with a specialist. We believe all children and families should be able to access the support they are legally entitled to.

Our family coaching packages are designed to help you in the following areas:

Provide guidance and support in understanding Special Educational Needs (SEN) and navigating the education system.
Serve as a platform for expressing concerns, sharing knowledge, difficulties, frustrations, and triumphs within the complex world of SEN.

Address personal concerns related to a possible or upcoming diagnosis for yourself, a family member, or your child.
Focus on developing effective communication strategies, managing behavioural challenges, and promoting self-care and well-being.
