Days & Hours:

Term time: 30 hours per week.

Monday: 3:15-7:30 pm
*Tuesday: 11:00 am-7:30 pm
Wednesday: 3:15-7:30 pm
*Thursday: 11:00 am-8:00 pm
Friday: 2:45-6:45 pm.

School holidays:

40 hours per week
Weekdays, flexible.
Possibly 10:00 am-6:00 pm.

*Flexible as to which days are an early start. Need not be Tuesday or Thursday.

Essential Skills/Traits:

2+ Years SEN Childcare experience
Strong experience supporting children with SEND, particularly autism, ADHD, and related needs
Previous experience working as a Nanny or in another sole-charge, family-based role
Highly reliable with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism
Well-organised
Solution-focused, able to anticipate needs, plan ahead, & manage the child's schedule
Calm, patient, and emotionally attune
Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with parents, schools, and therapists, while also giving clear, supportive feedback
Creative and engaging
Flexible and adaptable
Above all, committed to a long-term role and the profession of being a Nanny
