Location: Kingston-upon-Thames
 
Wage / Salary: Approx. £35,360 - £41,600 per annum gross, depending on experience.
 
Driver: Preferred but not essential 
 
Live in/out: Live-out
 
Pets: None
 
Days & Hours: 
40 hours per week
 
Monday & Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30am - 6:30pm
Friday: 9am - 1pm
 
Start Date: ASAP
 
Essential Skills/Traits:  
2+ years SEN Childcare experience
Experience supporting a child with a PDA profile, using a low demand approach
A calm and caring individual, confident organising engaging and fun activities for G5 and G2!
Proficient in supporting 2 children at once, as both sole charge and shared care
Confident supporting G5’s Occupational Therapy through fun activities at home
Skilled in implementing a balanced daily routine, integrating low-demand educational activities, and recognizing screen time needs for G5's regulation
